Ok, Paula here is the deal...... I will come out and do a night dive saturday night and stay the night. So, we can tell ghost stories :11: around the campfire! And of course the melting of the bottles ceremony will be held.

That was easy enough! Bringin' some dry wood with you?

OK - just trying to get an early handle on the weekend.

I dont' know who / how many from my club are coming yet but believe the following are coming from GLWC...

If anyone else is coming, please let me know so we can have enough food / keep an eye out for you.

I'll be cooking hot dogs for my club and will bring extras for the GLWC. & plan to do 'something' for dinner. Sides, salads, desserts to be brought and shared. Drinks on one's own although we'll be doing hot water for tea / hot chocolate.

So what should the 'something' for dinner be? Chili? Grilled chicken? Burgers? Something else?

And just so you know, I don't have a GLWC flag or sign so unless something changes that won't be there. I will have my other club's banner with me so look for it... it's white with a dolphin and says Ford Sea Lancers.

Hey thanks. It took me a while to get it to the right size. I don't have any cool SCUBA photos of myself yet. Maybe I should have my husband take one of me in my gear on our front poarch. lol

Sounds good to me, family has a cabin on the North end of the lake. My regular dive buddy will be away a hockey camp so finding someone to dive with would be real cool. Be sure to bring your own tanks of air as I believe the Air Shack is still closed so local fills are bit of a problem. I will follow-up as the date gets closer.

Sounds like a plan. I'm going to start a new post for Higgins Lake. Anyone else who wants to tag along is more than welcome to come! I was thinking one of the last two weeks of June, I'm on semester break then from school and that would give me the longest time to be up there.

I was going to bring a dutch oven. I have two recipes that I wanted to try out: A chicken & rice dish, and a desert (both serve 8). Will that be enough? I can also bring the grill, but as far as food, not sure what else I'm going to bring. Probably a few items for breakfast, and lunch.

I'm hoping to get out there Friday night - not sure how early I can get out of work. Last real day until the new job

We need to. Any chance you can bring some? It's illegal to bring it from Michigan due the to Ash borer disease, although that doesn't stop everyone. I just know I don't have any readily available and won't have room in my vehicle anyway.

I also plan on bringing brownies and a delicious broccoli salad. 'twill need to figure something out for Friday night. & would appreciate it if there was enough breakfast for me, too! I am soooo not a morning person.

Any one driving in Saturday morning I can bribe to bring me a really large coffee with cream??????

How long are folks staying on Sun? I'd love to come up for the weekend but I'll be returning from San Diego on Sat..once again work getting in the way of diving fun.
