Other than the better cold water performance, any other differences between the new Evo and the older MK25's?

I have, what I think, several older generation MK26/s600 regulators that are brand new, in the box, that I am not sure what generation they are and want to upgrade their internals to reflect the latest generation MK25/s600. Is this possible and is there a reliability/performance advantage to the upgrade?

According to SP there is no difference between older MK25 models and the MK25 EVO apart from the claim that the EVO has a 30% higher freezing resistance than the model before it.

And of course there is no Upgrade Kit from MK25 to MK25 EVO.........

The coldest it gets here in Libya is reportedly around 14C in the water (I have only seen it go as low as 16C myself) so no need for the EVO first stage I guess.
