A dive computer with long battery life intend for recreational divers doing decompression dives. Up to three gases can be selected and deco calculations are done using gradient factors.
Developed and build from heinrichs weikamp in Germany.

logbook
build-in profile storage of at least 250 dives with temperature curve, gas changes and lots of more detailed information of your dives
data connection to PC
synchronizes to PC software via bluetooth. Wireless firmware updates as well as wireless upload of pictures and personal configuration.
display
high resolution ultra bright 2,4" display with automatic brightness control. Data is displayed in big fonts during dive and perfectly readable even under most demanding conditions.
decompression / intended use
three configurable Nitrox gases that cover the entire range of recreational scuba diving.
Decompression calculations are based on the bullet proof Bühlmann algorithm with support for up-to-date gradient factor calculations. Safety margin can be adjusted in five steps. The decompression mode is complemented by frogs well-arranged apnae mode. The maximum range in both modes is 80 meters.
battery/power supply
Battery life is 60 hours with two AA batteries - with the full color display at max. brightness.
configuration
Self-explaining, graphic menu configurable with personal text and photograph and switchable language (German, English, French, Spanish). The frog can also display data in US-imperial units.

That's a sweet looking unit. It is finally released?
I do like the fact that it takes aa batteries. You can choose to use re-chargeable, or just buy some in emergencies. Great for travel.

Does it have a bottom timer mode?
 
Not yet available, their web site changed today to say due in April 2012 rather than March 2012. There is also a German manual on the web site, but no English yet. Looks really good.
