Have the IP checked, it should be around 10. The pre-dive switch could also help, but I would first check the IP.

"10" meaning 10 bar or around 147 PSI is on the high side for this 1st stage IMO, and BTW there is no pre-dive switch.

There's nothing wrong with the OP's regulator, he's just not used to high performance 2nd stages tuned lightly.
