My Tech skin has 'no holes' through which inflator or shoulder dump valve can fit ... there is a round strengthener patch, with a white circle on it on each location... is it expected that you cut out following the circle ?

Wow, this seems to be a recurring problem. I hope they get it straightened out before I order mine!
