Here is the reality check. A Sh!tl0ad of divers regularly cave/wreck fill LPs, and in fact I do so hundreds of times per year(my own tanks obviously).....where are all the stories of mishaps ? There are like 5 horror stories, with none involving a properly maintained tank( tanks were rusty, aluminum w/cracks, or not O2 cleaned being PP blended. The statistical fact is that these tanks are plenty capable of being filled to that pressure regularly, and will still pass hydro time after time. I have never seen one cylinder that constantly gets wreck fills fail hydro, to include the 30+ year old ones. For gods sake how many times do we need to hear the timid few express how "dangerous" or "unwise" overfilling is? Educate yourselves with real world experience and go scratch.
