Or even better, fake doctors notes.
 
I found that my lower back was hurting more when my weight was above 94 kg. I have two discs that don't leak the spongy stuff, but get a bulge out one side if I do something to pull one side. Below that weight, it happens much, much less often. I teach, so much of my day is standing up, but watching my weight is one way to avoid some amount of back pain. Imagine carrying 20 pounds on your weight belt. That's how I felt before dropping down.
