Well, I really hate to see this all coming down this way. Barry has built a great product, stands behind his work, and goes the extra mile at every opportunity to take care of his customers. To my concern, as long as he's in business he will continue to get mine.

I know he is going to get mine. Another $1000 or so in the next week.

Hmmm.... sounds to me like two old friends that parted ways and went out of their way to screw each other. Scandalous. Why the hell can't people solve these kinds of issues like real men?

Who was it that took Scott Koplin to task for something similar? Anyone remember that? Wasn't that Halcyon too? Are we seeing a pattern of aggressive revenge against ex-employees here?

EE IIRC. (Which, I was told...maybe incorrectly, is also the basis for the Miller/Halcyon nonsense that is going on)

Koplin ( and Oxycheq ) got served by halcyon at dema a couple of years ago. That was right after he returned from florida Very upset about a raw deal he got there. I know that halcyon was marketing his weighted STA under license and I think that was part of it. Koplin and I don't get a long that well anymore, so I never found out much more than that. He's probably in full drunken rant over on rec.scuba about now.

because big money is involved.
Really? Why isn't it being settled in civil court then? I would guess ego.
