Who, Netherlands or Russia? Personally, I'm hoping both, we could easily see a ton of goals in this one.


As for the Turkey, I would have rather seen Germany play Croatia, get their revenge, and go through the tougher opponent into the final. Then again sometimes its better to take the easy route and play the team that's missing four starters and just played a 120 minute game. While I admire Turkey's never say die attitude, they're not going to be able to wait until the final minutes to score goals and beat Germany. Especially now that Germany seems to have found their form again.

Gus Hiddink will be able to write his own paycheque anywhere in the world after this. First South Korea to a WC semi, then Russia to the semis, and who knows where after that? He doesnt' get the recognition he deserves. When the English coaching vacancy came up, they didn't even seriously consider him.
