NW Iowa is having severe weather and blizzard conditions. Air Temp: -13F, Wind Chill -42F, winds 25-30mph with drifting and blowing snow. At these temperatures, exposed skin will start to freeze in 3-5 minutes.

GEEZ, well Thank God for Global Warming, Otherwise the air temp in Iowa would be -20 .

I have spent two years in Germany and have gone to Illinois in Jan. once. When I returned back home I was thankful for our relatively moderate temps. One week of cold temps. a month from Nov. until about Feb. and I am very happy and ready for Spring time weather...minus the tornados.
