Anyone ever heard of these? Are they any good?

I've never heard of it, but that doesn't mean much.

The real question is: "Can you get it serviced wherever you're likely to be, and will you be able to get parts in 20 years?"

Unless it's an clone of something popular and can use the other brand's replacement parts (which is certainly possible), I'd probably skip it.

Actually, it is a very good regulator. Very compact first stage and the second stage does not take a back seat to any I have seen. Our equipment technician, Gary, has a TON of dives on one of the first that Chris got in. This regulator is a high performer.
