tried to add a pic.. but I am at work and there are restrictions on the computer.. will make one up at home and add it tomorrow of how the batteris are in series and how it's all wired up.

Here is a pic on how the canister is wired... If you can't open it let me know.. should be able to open it with any paint program. Again feel free to ask any questions.

I couldn't open it with either MS Paint, Adobe Acrobat, or Adobe photoshop. What program did you use to create the file?
What programs did other folks use to read it?

Thanks

That should have opened in Photoshop; it opened in CorelDraw for me.

Thanks.. I couldn't make it small enough in paint shop to post it on here.. so I made it a PSD file.. you can change the name once you download it to jpg.. it should open.. then again it may not.... :P... THANKS again :) Oh.. also windows paint should open it......

JUST ONE THING, I just learned today.. the test caps dont take well to the ABS cement.. two different plastics. <Never will I listen to a clerk at the hardware store again>. Take sand paper and rough up about 1.5" on the ends of the pipe, and Marine goop the end caps in place.

IF you can't get the materials for 1 1/4" ABS go with 2" PVC you can get 2" PVC end caps and you can use PVC cement and that will hold perfectly. then just for added caution goop or epoxy your seam....... my buddy is using 2" PVC, and it works great..

The length of pipe is dependent on your batteries.. you need it long enough for the five batteries in each pipe, room for the switch and cable gland, twist connectors... so make the pip 2-2.5" longer then the 5 batteries...
