Thanks for the all the replies. I think my doctor will okay it. I've underwent counseling as well and I've been on the same low dosage for a year.

I think diving is probably pretty therapeutic! Always puts me in a good place!
 
I've known instructors to dive while on anti-anxiety medication. I'm no expert, but I bet it will be OK.

I've been taking Paxil and Trazodone for several years now and dive very regularly. No problems that I'm aware of with those meds. More an issue of personal mental stability (and everyone knows I'm pretty "unstable.").
 
Medication issues aside for a moment: Diving was one of the very few activities that brought me any joy when I was at the worst stages of my depression, (thankfully) many years ago now. It was also one of the few activities I was able to well and truly focus on, beginnings as on open water student and progressing to an assistant instructor 18 months later.
