Diver missing in NJ near Sandy Hook

Did anyone hear anything about the diver that went missing on Sunday, 9/10/06 off Sandy Hook in NJ? We were in a boat off Atlantic Highlands in Sandy Hook Bay when a Coast Guard cutter approached with all lookouts on deck. I heard later that a diver was missing off a 40 foot diveboat while diving in or around Sandy Hook. I saw a mention in the NJ Star Ledger with little or no detail the next day.

I believe that the incident you're referring to is the one with the boat "Karen", there's a thread below about it. That's what I heard from the dive shops. My deepest condolences to the family
