Diver identification stickers... what do you use?

I was wondering what everyone uses when they mark there tanks and what size? I have used the one from home depot for mailboxes but I have seen some really cool ones like the ones below... but the shipping is ridiculous.

The last thing a cylinder needs is more stickers to trap corrosives and get beat up.

I use a paint pen to apply ~2" letters of my last name and cylinder number so I can differentiate them.
