That's not much of a reply....can you tell me what you prefer and why? I've used a few different rigs over the years and for me based in N. America....getting parts whether for my camera/housing/dive gear is a big factor. I can get these easily from DiveExtras in Washington...and as for batteries....the fact they use standard Lithium Ion Tool batteries...is a huge advantage in that i dont have to carry them on the plane if i dont want to and i can easily buy them at a Home Depot if i need them some place in the world....just a big advantage in my opinion.I am sorry ;-)

The Cuda is reliable and a solid performer, although the trigger rod and the shaft seal are both pains and relatively big weak spots. Would not trade for a blacktipah...the mystery...now thats surprising. But please do give me your thoughts or point me...
The Cuda far out performs the blacktop for sure. For me it often boils down to how easy it is to repair, annual seals and then the battery. Batteries that only the manufacturer makes are a pain. And taking advantage of the tool batts out there was a great idea. Even worse trying to get parts from Europe when you are in N America. Since I work with my equipment, that’s a big deal. Same for rebreathers….having easy to buy parts just makes it all simpler. The Cuda is reliable and a solid performer, although the trigger rod and the shaft seal are both pains and relatively big weak spots. The genesis warpcore has even more user-friendly batteries. The Cuda far out performs the blacktop for sure. For me it often boils down to how easy it is to repair, annual seals and then the battery.
