Recently had my first problem with an inexpensive piece of equipment which I purchased some time ago from DGX.

I contacted them via Email, sent some pics as requested and in a few hours they responded with confirmation they are replacing the item for free and paying the shipping.

Could NOT ask for better customer service. I'm not going to mention the particular item, because that is somewhat irrelevant but I will say: it was not a life support item.

Another thumbs up, we really should try to support the vendors that treat us right!

I had the same experience with them recently. It was a very small piece of hardware that failed (not life support) and they sent me two to replace it. Definitely satisfied with their customer service.

I too had a similar experience. Bought a DGX HP valve but the threads where somehow marred on it. I could not screw in a DIN reg without it seizing. They replaced it IMMEDIATELY, no questions asked, and requested that I toss the valve in the trash rather than send it back. I had the replacement in 2 days.

It’s so refreshing and unusual to be able to call a vendor without wading through layers and layers of phone menus, and speak to an expert.
I had a similar experience where they fixed cracking pressure on a reg and replaced the mouthpiece that was stolen by my LDS. All for free.

DGX is great, I especially like their tech tips on each page, plus them sending me a few feet of line to tie swivels onto my lights.
