Distance between Hotel Casa Del Mar and Casa Mexicana Cozumel

We were just informed that Casa Del mar will not reopen til the 29th and we were moved by Mlt to Casa Mexicana and are not sure where it is located any info on hotel and location will be appreciated

casa mexicana is located on the main street on the southern side of san miguel. Across the street from the water front and close to the public pier. I've stayed there several times...its a nice place

Banker Boy is correct. Accross the street from the waterfront about 200 Yds. North of the Punta Langosta shops. 1/2 mile or a nice 10 minute walk to Chedraui. It's a great location for eating in town and most dive operators can pick you up close by. The breakfast is delicious and is included with your stay. Fridge and safe in your room. Was there a month ago and would happily stay there again.

The pool is small and there is no beach. If those two things are make or break for you you might want to try switching your reservation. We loved it but we spent most of our time in the big pool across the street (the ocean). Have a great time.

You will probably like Casa Mexicana better than Casa Del Mar. It's nice, clean and close to town. Dive boats pick up close by at the main pier. Not all dive operators but most do. Who are you diving with?

I agree with Debraw...Casa Mexicana is a step up from Casa Del Mar. Have you checked out their website http://www.casamexicanacozumel.com/

Ask for a room with a view of the sea on the 3rd floor
