Wow!!! This place is amazing. After confusion with an international order I made for a Bts tank valve. DirDirect quickly acknowledged the error and promptly shipped to me from Great Britain to America the correct part. I expected them to refund my money and tell me to pound sand. Nope! Customer service with DirDirect was prompt, direct, sympathetic, and a very welcomed by me from an unknown source of diving gear for me.
