What's your position on deep stops (as related to your book)- the early 2010-12 yea or 2013-14 nay?

As soon as they ask for stock (hopefully soon)! The publisher has stock but they have to place an order. We can't just send them some books.

I'm not the publisher actually. The publisher is not out of stock, Amazon is. As soon as they ask for quantities, they'll have it in their warehouse.
