Generally when I'm cave diving I only do two dives a day. The first is usually in the 100-110' range (Devils, Little River, Cow, ect...) and the second is usually either the same depth range or in the 50-60 range (Peacock system, Telford, ect...). I also usually have a 2 - 3 hour surface interval.

Knowing these general constants, I ran appropriate tables (DecoPlanner) with varying bottom times with O2 deco and without (in the event of loss). I transferred these sets of tables to wet notes which I keep with me. Over time, I have found, that I only look at my wetnotes as confirmation. I know by looking at my watch at any given time during my dive what my deco is.

One thing I have found that helps me fight of the "dive fatigue" feeling after dives, is slowing my ascent to about 10' per minute and adding that time back to bottom time (under 50') and ignoring that time above 50'.
