We've been having some EPIC dives lately including this Manta sighting in Marie Pampoen! He was moving fast, lucky just to get a short bit of proof!

Anyone coming down for the North Sea Jazz festival at the end of this month? The legendary SEAL is gonna be here

Excited about our upcoming trip. We'll be arriving this Friday and spending a week at Lion's Dive shore diving with the Dive Bus and then a week out in Westpunt with AllWest/GoWest. How are the reefs these days relative to last Oct/Nov when we were down?

Still as amazing and full of life IMHO but we dive it every day so probably better to judge for yourself. We're still loving it!

Mid-summer conditions report:

The water temperature is still creeping up - it's hit 29C/84F in the last couple days! We've also seen a couple days of strong currents, so if you're coming down soon be sure to ask for recent conditions at your favorite dive center :thumb:

Outside the water it's been hot and humid - as expected! Still a bit of breeze around, but if normal trends continue, that will die down over the next month too.

Top tip...get back in the water  Who is visiting dushi Curacao soon? Personally, it doesn't get much better than diving in my boardies and a rashie!

PADI AWARE Week is coming up, 14 - 22 September! Does anyone have conservation dives or courses planned for this month? Many dive centers here in Curacao will be hosting a clean up dive that week, and chances are high your local dive center will be doing the same :)
