ScubaCon was absolutely awesome, but I'm also thrilled to be home. Lately I've been diving with my new favorite toy tool, the Lefeet S1 Pro. Has anyone else tried this or a similar Diver Propulsion Vehicle/Underwater Scooter?

Minor current? Don't even notice it. Getting a little tired of kicking? Not me! Want to cruise through that bait ball? Most definitely.

There are also a few sites further from the beach that are cool to explore here in Curacao too. A couple of my mates borrowed it recently to get to the Car Wrecks at Kokomo - a deep dive with a long swim to get there. They're also handy to get to the reef at beaches like Kenepa Grandi, Daaibooi, and Santa Cruz! Where would you explore if you didn't have to do the surface swim?

Pizza & peanut butter brownie at Sol Food tonight…yumm. Westpunt movie night is the original Wizard of Oz. Sunshine already has the kids running around dressed as flying monkeys…really cute. 😊

Had a nice dinner at Isabelle Off The Beach last night. Good to see it still doing well. Great addition to the Westpunt area.

Rainy season has "officially" started, and we are getting occassional downpours already. Keep in mind if you're looking to travel in the next few months, it will likely rain at least sometimes. BUT, it very rarely rains all day. We're much more likely to experience hard rain for 15ish minutes at a time, a few times a day.

Bottom line, don't let "rainy season" deter you from a dive trip to Curacao. Just do like the locals and wait it out! Or as I always say, best to be underwater anyway. You came here to get wet :-)
