Guys,
Lots of garlic, vitamins and heat (artificial fever). Thats what I recomend!
 
J-stroke is used in paddling when you want to make slight corrections to the direction of the boat. outhole taught me to use them instead of zig zagging from bank to bank like my "full stop rudder" strokes were doing.

I think I need to practice some more, when's the next trip???
