I think it's not nudi nor flatform - can't find in the nudi book.
Size - approx 3 cm lenght.
Any clue ?

It's not in the Nudi book, Wisnu, because it's not a nudi. It's a worm. This kind of worm is known as a bristle worm (or a "fireworm" because the bristles on it can sting). Yes, as smellzlikefish suggests, it is a polychaete. I believe it's Chloeia flava.

Definitely a Chloea, fusca or flava.
 
All, thanks ... you're right - further googling with your key words, this bristle worm is not uncommon in bali.

Wow! I just checked your gallery for Melati's other shots! How cool is it to see two frogfishes right next to each other like that (the big orange one next to the much smaller red one)? Looks like you've got a budding photo pro on your hands, Wisnu!
