cotol 240 or ????

I thought I read on SB some time ago that there is a product the same as cotol 240 that goes by a different name and is available in larger quantities for much cheaper.
Does anyone know if this is true and if so, what this is and where to buy it?

I tried doing some searches but couldn´t find what I had read.
