Corregidor PPD trip

Some pics from the March 15 trip. We met up early at the Jollibee resto in Harbor View for breakfast and soon after boarded the ferry that took us to the island. Dennis, Matt, Ulrika and daughter Lilja , Jon, Dea and son Justin, Myra, Myra's sis Aileen and I did the trip.

Once you arrive in the island you are given bus and seating assignments. Here's Dennis, Ulrika, Lilja and Matt in first row. That's Dennis' throng of admirers in the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th row.

we passed by a japanese memorial/temple

soon we were in Malinta Tunnel, Mcarthur's HQ then. (The tunnel features a light and sound show where you are directed to walk to the entrance of some of the lateral tunnels and listen to some narrations about the siege.

awesome shots guys. It gives me tingles everytime I read the "Sleep my sons...". Running my hand over the bullet holes also gave me tingles.
