I have a Coltri MCH-6.
I added a PMV
I added a second filter housing (same size as the original).
I always thought that the water separator is also on the small side. Now I can get another MCH-6 water separator. That would be relative easy to install. I may install it above the original one, so it is in the air flow from the fan which I let blow at the MCH-6.
But of course than I have to drain 2 water separators.

Alternative I can get a bigger Bauer stainless steel separator.. I don't know the size, yet, but they told me it is heavy more than 5 kg. It will be difficult to install (need something that holds it, while the small one will hold on the tubing). It will look ugly as it will be outside the blue frame. As I don't know which it is I don't really know what I'll need. I get them for little or no costs, so I don't want to annoy them with too many questions.

there shouldn't be a difference in costs.
What would you do? 2xColtri or 1xBauer (or would be possible to add the Bauer separator after the Coltri separator, but I don't see much sense in that).

To add: Location is Thailand....very warm ambient (30-40 degree Celsius).
