Ch ch ch changes...those little goals we make

    Strength training is important. I try to do it often. But, with our nice weather I hadn't done much for a bit; preferring instead to ride. Day before yesterday I was just cruising along doing medium, I thought, weight on some squats; only sets of 10 reps using 160 pounds on the bar. Did 5 or 6 sets of those then moved on to other core exercises. But, the one hour routine left me sore yesterday. Better today. But still a bit stiff.

    New goal: Don't go so long between weight sessions!

    Missed walking all week, until this morning. Did my 1000 mile, will prolly do another at 1500 unless it decides to rain. storm cells moving around, it may.

    FB - I think those are times :wink: 1000 = 10am

    I'm off on holidays so will check in periodically. Keep up the great work everyone and I'll see you back here in August when I get back!!

    then please "talk" like one. :D
    Well, I did a quick google search and the way you originally wrote it, without the : is the correct and proper way.:wink: but how do you say 1000? One thousand hours? 10 hundred hours?
