I've seen Giada on The Today Show... I could dive with her, too!

Most of the boys dive. My old shop certified the majority of the Hurricanes, and a lot of the All Blacks dive too. They try and fit in diving trips whenever they are overseas. Joe McDonel used to come in the shop on his days off and shoot the breeze about diving then head out for a dive.ScubaTexan:How about Richie McCaw and Carlos Spencer?
I do like to watch the big games but I will admit club level is where the spirit of rugby lies. There is something about working a normal job, milking the cows before the game, getting muddy and taking a few big hits then having a few coldies after the game.String:Indeed it is although im not that bothered by it. Club level is where my interest lies. Game politics have destroyed the rest of it.
Gr8fldiver:Jenna Elfman
Ditto:shakeheaddrbill:Had no clue who she was but after a quick read of her bio... I'll pass! She's all yours.
drbill:Rumor verified... one of his "smaller" yachts (300+ ft) has visited Catalina. According to the crew (and my failing memory) it is equipped with "bunks" for 16 divers, and has its own recompression chamber on board (not to mention a power boat and sailboat on either side and a helicopter).
I kick myself for not buying Microsoft stock early, early on.
It his also rumored that one of his vessels cruised by our dive boat while I was under water, and kicked up enough of a wake that it upended a local's boat that was a bit inshore and ahead of us. Probably not the vessel's fault though.
By the way, there was an earlier thread on this very subject but I'm too lazy to search for it.
sambolino44:Do you mean that Johnny Carson was a SCUBA diver? Hmmm.
