I hunt some in Florida, but we tourists hafta' stick with picking up paper when we are cleaning up in Cayman. Get a few extra next time and tell them I sent ya!!

Only took 3 months to get my license to cull in Cayman. :wink:

Absolutely! We took them over to Miss Kay and she fried one up along with the regular Sunday fish fry (we also asked for a few orders of snapper, wahoo, and conch fritters). Everything was outstanding, but the lionfish was the stand out!!! She just did it like the snapper with the spices after it was scaled and gutted. Tasted better than any other fish I've had. I think she'd easily sell every fish we could take there. We took the rest to Tukka and we're looking forward to great dinner there soon!
