DrB - Jaye, Warren and I missed you.

I'm currently processing the pics Warren, Jaye and I did on our 4 dives there. We couldn't get in on Wed, so we moved everything to Thursday / Friday.

It was much better Thursday, and Friday was even better, still.

Hope to see you next time we're out.

What a treat running into Dana!

DrB - sorry I didn't get to say hello this time. I hope to be back later this year.

Dana - glad you guys got some good pics. Ken, Jaye and I had some pretty rockin' dives. The dive we did out to the Valiant Friday morning was pretty sweeeeeeet! Got the macro out and shot a few nudis.

Ken & Jaye - thanks again for being supreme tour guides. I'll be back for sure!

Here are a few shots I did manage to get done:

LOVE THE PIX!!!

Jake and I had such a great time with you, buddy. Come back real soon!

Too funny - the giant blue glove with the wet notes... I love that pic.

Everyone - when we splashed, we swam out to the drop site, did a brief and dropped. About 5 minutes into the dive, I realized I forgot to tell Warren (all of our team already does this) that I want to be sure we all notify at 1000#. So I whipped out the wet notes, scratched out the message and turned to deliver it to him.

Not that it matters to him... dude doesn't breathe.

Of course, he was composing for a shot of me and Jaye in the kelp at that moment... so what he got was me looking at him, with an outstretched, outsized glove and note book.

Too funny. It just cracks me up. Its like an underwater Cop giving a citation or something...

Come back to SoCal soon, bud!

Wow, Warren! That is some AMAZING photography!

Dr. Bill, hopefully we'll meet you next time we're out there. We'll probably be doing a Reef Check survey in January or February at Casino Point-

Ken, great to see you again- tell Jaye 'hi' for us!

-Dana (& Bryan)

Very nice shots, Warren. What kind of lights do you use?

Sorry I missed y'all but we had a great time at Ship Rock, Eagle Reef, Sea Fan Grotto, etc., etc.

Thanks DrB. I'm sure we'll catch up the next time I'm around.

I have twin Ike DS-125s, same as Ken.

Nice shots! How the heck did you get that juvi garibaldi to sit still and pose?

Thanks, it was a blast diving Catalina again. I don't get there too often, unfortunately.

I had to chase that guy around for a bit. I saw him round a corner so I held my breath and slowly snuck around and there he was just sitting there. But for every good shot, there's probably half a dozen butt shots. :)
