If it is not too late, there is an instructor from Sports Chalet that Dr Bil has been raving about. You might give him a shout.:D

Hey, read my post... I didn't say the instructor WAS from Sports Chalet, I said he might have been based on the labels on some of the student tanks. I'm not dissing Sports Chalet, only the instructor.

Dave, if conditions continues like they were today, your family will have an outstanding time. However, if they kick up tons of silt, I'll be on YOUR case (just teasing).

Dave, if conditions are anything like today, they will be hooked immediately! Relatively warm (I had 70F), relatively clear (40-50 ft), minimal current/surge, and giant black sea bass patrolling the park. Have a great time!

GSB! I sure hope they are still there tomorrow!
Where in the park did you see them?

Yes you guys have a great time at the park. Watch those steps at the entry/exit.

No worries, I have these Flipfins™ - Fins, best fins, scuba fins, snorkeling fins, diving fins, rescue fins, military fins, swim fins and float tube fins!

No silting allowed by Discover Divers, thats a skill reserved for the OW students!

Gotta miss out on this one, Dave.

I already bought slots on the Spectre on Sunday and Monday.

Have some great dives HT, maybe next time.

Congrats Dave and have fun.

On, dive #1, I saw two medium-sized GSB crusing over the sandy area off to the left at about 40 ft. On dive #2, I saw one really large GSB on the way back from the Sue Jac (sp?) just beyond the kelp line. Once again, have a great time!

Sweet forecast!

Then that's where I will look! Thanks again. BTW, will we see you there this time?

You should have good water/air conditions. I just got out of the water in Palos Verdes, Christmas tree cove...surface was smooth as glass, no swell ...air 80+, water so warm you guys can dive wet. (Me a shortie).

But they're there! Hope y'all (English so badly needs a you-plural) find them!
