none of your o-ring designs will seal correctly! those that may seal will likely apply too much pressure to the MR16 bulb.

type c is closest as the o-ring is contained in a space that is shorter and 1.5 x wider than it's un compressed size.

If you give the o-ring chance to deform it will.. and water will come in!

try this
measure the OD of the MR16 halogen, get an o-ring that will fit around it but is thicker than the depth of the rim, cut your seat in the delrin / pvc so that the MR16 and teh o-ring both rest on it. when you screw on your bezel have it compress the lens onto the o-ring between the mr16 and the pvc housing..

alternatively, bore an o-ring grove in the end of your tube, seat the o-ring in this and compress it with the lens, using the besel to hold it in place. This is cleanest but needs a thicker housing!

I won't design it for you... where's teh fun in that!
