Cancellation Policies AB Dive / AB Car Rental

Hi
is anyone willing to share his experience with the Cancellation Policies of AB Dive / AB Car rental?
I canceled my reservation, for April, trying to get a refund on my CC. Nothing happend, they offered to reschedule what i declined. Now they changed the Therms and Conditions regarding Cancelations because of Covid 19.
Does some one get a refund of AB within the last 1-1.5 Month?

I know, they just try to survive, as i do...

I cancelled our April 3-17 trip on March 15. I did not try to get a refund, they offered me full credit for a future trip, that was OK with me. We are going to take out 2 week trip sometime this year . I hope that they are still in business

They've apparently decided that they can start denying refunds AFTER they changed their ToS and have done so many times according to posts I'm seeing on FB. Several people have had to get refunds via their CC company.
