Yes, in most western hotels they have bars that serve alcohol.

There are no serious restrictions on the sale of alcohol in Egypt. It's freely available in bars, clubs, pubs, cafes, restaurants and some licensed supermarkets (mini-marts, for Americans!). There are licensed liquor stores in all the major cities and resorts; Drinkies is a popular outlet here in Sharm - 7.50LE for a Sakara. Point in case - if alcohol was not freely available, then me, myself, and none of my friends would live here!

Locally produced hard liquor and wine are of poor taste and expensive, imported brands even more due to high taxes, bring your own you are allowed 1 liter . Note Egyptair won't serve or sell alcohol on their flights. The beer taste like Budweiser in the USA.

You can also purchase duty free alcohol for 48 hours after your arrival in Egypt in their special duty free shops, if you don't like the local brew and want to save a few pennies.
