It does not assign guilt but their absence does tell something. It is no coincidence that the best shops/operators in Palm Beach County are either highly active, or at the very least monitor the most popular diving boards...

His wife was called and notified. Within 10 minutes the picture was gone. Trust me they are aware of it.
