it a terrible state of affairs...it is truly out of hand....

If all the people who participated in the hand holding protest the other day chipped in $20 I bet the dike would be rebuilt already. Given that the state and federal government can't seem to get their **** together, I wonder if it's possible to fix this thing with privately obtained cashola. Likely the feds who own the problem dike would not let private workers onto the site, but I can dream can't I?
 
Our lake in NY is effected with this bacteria....no swimming, and possible airborne effects as well :(
