Bloody heels. Need suggestions

I'm another one in the keep-your-feet-dry-as-much-as-possible camp. I do liveaboards, so am accustomed to the 20-25 dive/week regimen. Getting the feet dry ASAP after each dive and keeping them that way until it's time to gear up again can only help.

I have this terrible problem with my feet... What did you do to them? Well I wore a urine soaked, rubber boot saturated with saltwater for 8 -10 hours a day and after a week, I started to have problems.. What can I do?

REAL men can by-pass the wetsuit pants and make it right to the boot(y).
