Romantic and Leeds shouldn't be put in the same paragraph let alone the same sentence at all!! Leeds, UK, is the most boring place I have been to in the UK with the WORST food (and possibly the whole of Europe. It can compete at galactic scale). It was a mind numbing experience while being hungry until I leave. I have been there few times for business meetings and it was always the same even the fanciest hotels with the "high end" restaurants. I had French and Italian colleagues who went with me for the first or second meetings and refused to go back again.
