I wear size 10.5 in normal footwear.

In my drysuit, I wear NRS booties over the attached socks on one suit, and have attached boots on my other two drysuits.

I wear Hollis F1 fins, size XL for all my drysuits. Size XL are 2# negative in fresh water, which I need, for preventing floaty feet in a drysuit.

The F1 fins are adjustable for shorter/longer on the spring strap.

I use Aqualung EV04 with my Nova. Just got them but have about 6 dives and really like them so far. I have size US 11 which is the upper end of my normal shoe size depending on brand. The widest point is the sole at the ball of the foot. I just bought Jet Fins for them as I had Seawing Nova's that were more sized to my wet suit boots. I could get them on with the EV04's, just had a hell of a time getting them back off.

Altama's are quite popular. My wife and I use them for our Novas. We went up 2 sizes from our regular street shoe size, and chose the wide option. I liked them so much, I bought a smaller pair and some thin neoprene socks to wear while diving wet.
*edit I'm referring to the Altama Maritime Assault. We happen to use the mid height...
+1 on the Altamas. My first rock boots were Bares and they were fine, but wore out sooner than I would have expected. The Altamas seem more solid/durable and are easier to get on/off than the Bares were due to the uppers being more rigid. Definitely size up by 2 over your regular shoe size and I also went wide; I also had to take out the insoles to get a good fit (I wear multiple of layers of insulation on my feet), but that has not caused any issues; they're still fine when trudging down to and up from dives.
I'm thinking now that the Hollis F1 Bat fins may be in my future, but I cannot figure out what size would work for my size 12 US converse...
I suspect you'd want XXL F1s ("Holy Bigfoot, Batfins!") - I wear 9.5-10 street shoes and use XL F1s.
