Any information available about a memeorial or service for Joe?

Bill,
I believe he was released yesterday for repatriation back to the Ohio. It will depend upon travel time and preparation, but something possibly this weekend. Haven't heard anything firm yet.

Sorry for moving this thread again. It was brought to our attention that Joe was from the Great Lakes area and more people that know him would frequent this forum.​
