My dive partner and I are still waiting for the refund...ughWithin days of the cancellation notice.
What are you doing to "clean up the airfare"?How long did it take for them to issue the refund?
Well, that's a longer story. I have a trip insurance claim in for the airfare, but I expect it will be denied since the sailing cancellation wasn't due to weather or other "act of God." My trip insurance covers lots of the more common situations that cause trip interruption/cancellation, but cancellations due to unforced errors on the part of the boat don't usually qualify. Anyway, in the refund communication with Aggressor, they offered to cover some of the airfare costs if denied by my trip insurance. We'll see...What are you doing to "clean up the airfare"?
Thanks!
