Feeling a deep, obligatory, ScubaBoard compulsion to complain about careless divers with dangling $hit, dragging their mouthpieces in the sand, banging up the reef, etc. It isn't working for me somehow, and I can't seem to figure out quite why ... 😁

Does this mean you now have a spare?
I’m going to return the one I got from Amazon a few days ago. The spanners I ordered from Scuba Tools are in transit.

And there’s no dangling sh*t when it comes to a CCR loop. 🤣😂

WI buddy’s spare DSV arrived yesterday. I’ll dive that one tomorrow as mine is due to deliver Monday. I’ll have a spare on the trip, though!

Where's that? What's the diving like?

Straits of Mackinac, where the Mackinac Bridge is. Top of the Michigan Mitten. Awesome wreck diving. Look up the Sandusky wreck on YT. She went down in 1856. Oldest discovered wreck in the Straits. Sits upright on the bottom, 85ft deep. Gorgeous wreck.

Off to the Straits today. Can’t wait!
I don't get there until Thursday

Maitland and Sandusky tomorrow. Cedarville and Wm H. Barnum Sunday.

Looks amazing with so many wrecks in close proximity.

What are the expected diving conditions like — visibility, currents, temperature?

The Cedarville is known for iffy currents due to location of wreck and that can make her a no go. Viz should be at least 40ft. Bottom temp 40F. Could be a wee bit warmer.
