Hahahahaha.

It won't work advertising/marketing a car (or anything) for Lesbians in Libya. I can't imagine somebody would bring this up here, or anywhere in the Middle East or Africa.
Actually, South Africa is quite liberated. Probably the only African country. Israel is the only one in the ME. And now back to Marie’s thread…
 
IIRC Subaru hired an openly lesbian athelete as a spokesperson, whuch was one of the first examples of LGBTQ representation by a major brand.
 
That was the plate on one of our NY members and a good friend. Jim passed a number of years ago I think his kids kept the plate going as it isn't available through DMV here. My daughter wanted it badly....

She just has Scubaru trim stickers on her Forrester
