I'm a Fish!
I was at my LDS the other day discussing an incident that happened during a dive last weekend where a diver's power inflator got stuck on, and she skyrocketed screaming to the surface. Nope, she did not disconnect her inflator hose. But, what the individual at my LDS stated was the deflator button was designed to release air faster than the power inflator lets in. Does anyone know if there's any truth to that?

TIA

Al

I am pretty sure that most BC's are designed to deflate faster than inflate. It only makes since.
