Double post somehow, sorry.

Inside coupling the only o-ring I know is 011. Nothing else.

But who knows if all couplings are the same?

BS1806 011 and BS1806 903 are both used in inflator quick disconnects, the former being used vastly more often. Occasionally they are interchangeably, other times they are not. It depends a little on which gland the manufacturer has cut into the hose end exactly.

TBH the size comparison between the 138 and the brown O-rings look exactly the same to me except for hardness - the brown version appears to be 70shore and softer than the 138.

Searching around it looks like the QD side should be a 610 and the LP Male end a 011 both in 70-75 shore. I could try and source from a local dive shop a bunch of Apeks 1154s (010) and 1049s(011) if the 903 is not available. For comparison - I think one of the O-Rings left behind after servicing my XTX50 looks like a 011 with 70-75shore and softer unlike the 138.

I just asked Miflex about o-ring size. Let's wait.....

I got some spare new 011s today (no other sizes like 803 or 610 available) from the local dive shop (possibly Apeks 1409s) put them on either end of the LPI and tested with my field mini IP Gauge with the universal QD connector. It seems lock tight no matter how much I tug at it, so I guess it’s safe to use. Too lazy to open my storage bin and test It with my BP/W, but I guess as long as it locks with my universal QD IPG, there is little risk of failure or leaks underwater with my K valve…
And yeah these new 011s are soft, unlike the Scubapro 138s… (I am guessing their softness allows them to adapt?)

I got answer from Miflex, it is a 011 = 7.65x1.78
Scroll down website and you find

Bag of 25 Replacement O-Rings for 3/8" Male & Internal Inflator Hose - 7.65x1.78mm

I am 100% sure it is 70shore, nothing else. Low pressure, dynamic sealing (when plugging under pressure), must be 70shore. I do not know if Miflex uses NBR or EPDM oder Viton. I prefere NBR, nothing else.

I don't know o-ring Scuapro 138s but I found it is been used in Scuapro's first stage on high pressure piston. So I expect it to be 90shore which is definitely wrong for inflator coupling.

Does anybody know 138s' size? Might be the same size but 90shore?

803 is much, much smaller: 6.35x1.78 I can hardly imagine this works. I expect o-ring to move around in the groove.

610 is 6.75x1.78 which still is much smaller than 611, could move around as well.

Is anybody able to measure o-ring groove? Outside diameter should be around 11mm. I am not able to measure this without distroying the coupling but I am sure a professional can do so.
