About as bad as someone suing over hot coffee, but they did, and won! Next I would sue for petty theft and assault! Loss of Banana pleasure and nutrition and creating fear of bananas and boats! Worth millions!

I can see this for next season on Discovery Channel: "The worlds deadliest cargo!" "Join the MEN of the banana boat fleet as the haul their deadly catch across vast empty oceans with no Ice Burgs, Warm Waters, Warm Temperatures in the 80's, and Tropical Breezes blowing across the decks of the boats that carry the WORLDS DEADLIEST CARGO!" "You will never look at YELLOW the same way again!" "Meet captain Franks as he deals with the banana eating crew!" and "Deals with the slippery decks of the banana boat from all those peels!" "Watch as the Coast guard has to rescue the injured first mate form the steady deck of the Southern Trader, because he sprained his ankle playing shuffle board on a discarded peel!" "The action never stops from the plantations to the fruit market to the deck of an ill fated dive boat off the coast of Alabama where SOMEONE GOINA GET THERE BANANA TOSSED!"
