2 posts, some banter between Azza and I were removed.
It was a good call.

I'll put in a good word for Oceanic, too. We have been a dealer for Oceanic for over ten years. They EXCEL in customer service. They stand behind their product and often go above and beyond what one might expect. They are probably one of our very best manufacturers. If only all the rest were as good...

After reading this post up until this point, Oceanic seems to be a good company. From a consumer perspective, we must understand that no product is 100% fail safe. That's the reason why we have consumer protection laws. Allow manufacture reps some time to work things out before jumping into conclusions. They are just people like you and I who are trying their best at their jobs. A little patience will go a long way. They're not magicians. This post actually attracted me to purchase Oceanic products. I'm very impressed that Oceanic staffs actually read and respond to divers concerns. You definitely won't see that at your local DMV.

Have we heard from the original poster?

deeper thoughts:
Have we heard from the original poster?

of course not . . .

thats what i figured

I will post something more, when something happens. In the interim, if you guys feel better bashing me, by all means. All I want is what I paid for, and what they advertise. And I will stop at nothing to get it. SO BASH AWAY... and I will feel humored when it happens to you.
