I just don't log dives


A 67 year old Australian woman died at Nusa Penida. After surfacing 8 minutes into a dive at Manta Point dive site, her guide was helping her get back onto boat after the deceased complained about shortness of breath.

She became unconscious when trying to board boat on ladder.

Cause of death of unknown. Family will have autopsy conducted in Australia.
 
I’m curious how old she was. Diving can put a lot of stress on the body. I hope to keep diving as long as I can but the older I get the less likely I’ll do the more challenging dives. I’m pretty much a vacation driver now since leaving Florida a few years ago. Need to sell most of my equipment!
